As at May 2008 Sprint has the largest mobile broadband network in the US, being able to reach over 230 million people (including roaming areas), the service is available in over 200 major metro markets and over one thousand airports. The Sprint mobile broadband service is available over two of the Sprint networks: 1) Sprint PCS Network - This is the same network that Sprint phones use and is the single largest network in the US, reaching over 250 million people. This network provides mobile internet speeds up to three times as fast as dialup. 2. Sprint Power Vision Network - This provides mobile internet at EV-DO broadband speeds, and is the largest mobile network offering broadband speeds in the US. It is however, smaller than the Sprint PCS Network, as at Nov 2006 covering more than 170 million people as well as making EV-DO Rev A coverage available to over 20 million people.
